The Body VR: Anatomy Viewer is a revolutionary approach to visualizing traditional body scans acquired from CT, MRI, and other 3D scanning techniques. Using a virtual reality headset, the user can interact with these scans, allowing the 3D volumes to be freely scaled and rotated. After identifying lesions or other abnormalities, the use can label areas using 3D annotations.
I was responsible for all design and development of the Anatomy Viewer, which was made with Unity. The application was developed for the HTC Vive and Oculus Rift, and made available via a private beta.
